I wanted to take a moment to thank you for your dedication to helping United Way grow through Outgrow. Your commitment to strengthening relationships in our community has had a meaningful impact on both the organization and on me personally. Networking has never been an area where I felt especially confident, but through Outgrow I have gained valuable skills, a new perspective on relationship building, and the encouragement to step outside of my comfort zone.
