Invest in Your People

When working with leaders and teams, we do an activity in DiSC Workplace about what is difficult and what works. Each person choses a personality that they want to build a better relationship with. Then they write down what is hard when working with that personality and what is appreciated. It is very eye opening and helps the team members all become more transparent and accepting. It is so smart to invest in your biggest asset-YOUR PEOPLE!!!
