Where are places we can look at right now to see where we can be better stewards? Wanda Urbunska suggests we look at the following four areas:
Environmental stewardship
Thoughtful consumption
Community involvement
Financial responsibility
Personally, I believe I waste too much and should be more environmentally concerned and thoughtful of what and when and how I consume. These are what I will work on. None of us is perfect so do not put yourself on a guilt trip if you are not where you want to be. We are works in progress. Mindfulness, the quality or state of being conscious or aware, is what it takes. Mindfulness serves us in being better stewards of everything.
