Traction

According to Gino Wickman in the book Traction, the 2nd commandment of solving issues is “Thou Shalt Not Be a Weenie.”.  On page 142, he says “The solution will always be simple:  It’s just not always easy to implement.  You must have strong will, have firm resolve, and be willing to make the tough decision.”
