This is a great book that helps teams see the value in building Trust as the foundation to have great Results in the end. When there is an absence of Trust there is a fear of Conflict. When there is a fear of Conflict there is resistance to Commitment. When people are not committed to the common best next step, they do not stay Accountable and when that happens, best Results do not.
