How to Manage and Solve Issues

Got issues? Lots of them? First, get them all out on paper, document, or whiteboard. Keep adding to them if necessary. (We will always have issues, but we can get them all to go away forever.) Then, divide the issues into departments or divisions. See which ones you really should keep, which are best to get rid of or set for a future date, and decide which you can combine since they may be close to the same. Once you do that, then decide which 3 you can tackle in the next week, month, or even 3 months depending on the size. Every week check to see where you are with them and get someone to hold you accountable for this. Scratch them off the list when they are solved forever and keep moving. It will feel so good!!! #Keepkillcombine #IDS #resolvingissues
