What is Productive Conflict? Is that even possible? Productive conflict is exactly what it says-A way to be in conflict and use it to become more productive and add productivity to the team. Team members that do not always get along either because they are both strong minded or one is dominate and one is relationship oriented can come together to build a better relationship and basically become more productive together.
