When on a Wiley Brand webinar in March 2022 with Patrick Lencioni, someone asked if trust is lost, can it ever be regained? Patrick proceeded to share about a cut of our skin. When it is healing there is scar tissue. That tissue is stronger than the tissue before. He said the same is true with Trust. It can be rebuilt and once it is, it is stronger than it was before. That gives hope!
