Traction's 3rd Commandment: Thou Shalt Not Be Decisive

According to Gino Wickman in the book Traction, the 3rd commandment of solving issues is, “Thou Shalt Be Decisive.” I remember talking to a board member about a leader that he had to give advice to. His advice was to decide. This leader put things off and analyzed so long that opportunities went away.
